Weifang Jin Meng factory covers an area of 40,000 sqm with capacity to produce 8 river sand dredging machines simultaneously. Our technology originates from Holland IHC cutter suction dredgers, with Chief Engineer Gan participating in government-organized research since 2000.

With over 20 years of experience, our dredgers serve clients in Africa, Middle East, Asia, and South America. We maintain a professional R&D department, CAD design center, quality control, and after-sales service teams with over 500 employees including 5 senior engineers, 16 designers, and 10 service engineers.

This dismantle-type, non-self-propelled cutter head dredger is designed for dredging operations in inland and coastal waters, handling soil types II-IV including fine sand, clay, silt, and coarse sand.

The steel-welded hull consists of five pontoons (one main, four side) connected for easy disassembly. All major components can be transported by sea, rail, or road. The dredger features a diesel-powered dredge pump and deck-mounted harbor generator.

The cutter head mixes sand underwater into slurry, which is pumped through pipelines to discharge locations. Ideal for river dredging, desilting, reclamation projects, and sand extraction in rivers or calm seas.
